Label heads So.undso return once again on the Munich imprint Dance Petrol Records with their latest EP "Alte Spuren“! The EP features four original tracks, resulting from their latest experiments with elements from breakbeat, electronica, acid, electro and house.
The lead track „Gruppentour“ sets the tone for the EP with its driving breakbeat rhythms, infectious synth melodies, and expertly crafted transitions. From the upbeat and energetic "Gruppentour," to the moody and introspective „Stromabwärts“ continues the journey with its pulsing basslines, haunting vocals, and intricate percussion, creating a dark and brooding atmosphere, spiked with broken rhythms.
The second half of the EP starts of with the experimental and unpredictable "Alte Spuren und ungeahnte Schwierigkeiten“ diving into a more experimental approach, incorporating elements of acid and glitch into its ever-evolving soundscape. Slow-burning and hypnotic "Gedränge vor der Fähre“ closes of So.undso latest experiments in the fields of electronic music with slow and moody grooves, laced with haunting vocals and atmospheric pads.
